Viral Glycosylation and SARS-CoV-2 Spike-Antibody Interactions
Bioanalytical study of N- and O-linked glycosylation and antibody binding (manuscript in preparation)
Status: Manuscript in preparation
This project investigates how N- and O-linked glycosylation affects binding of an N-terminal domain (NTD)-targeting antibody to SARS-CoV-2 spike proteins, as well as complex formation and aggregation.
Key Contributions
- Developed an integrated biochemical workflow using enzymatic deglycosylation, SDS-PAGE, mass photometry, HS-AFM, and TEM
- Quantified changes in antibody binding, complex stoichiometry, and aggregation following glycosylation changes
